The so-called album sample printing is actually a large number of reference samples before the album printing, so as to avoid the deviation of printing color and irreparable loss in the later stage of printing.
Matters needing attention in printing album samples
1. The text on the printed page of the album must be away from the cutting edge; 3mm to avoid being cut during cutting. Text must be curved or outlined. Do not use system characters for characters. If you use them, white nodes will appear at the interlaced strokes. After the text is converted into a curve, please pay attention to whether there is line skipping or overlapping between words or lines. If there is a white node at the stroke interlace, it can be processed with the scattered instructions. Do not use overprint for black text.
2. In color printing, the printing color cannot be required by the color printed on the screen or printer. The customer must refer to the percentage of CMYK chromatography to determine the color filling. At the same time, note that the CMYK chromatograms produced by different manufacturers are affected by the paper, ink type, printing pressure and other factors, and the same color block will be different.
3. When the same document is printed for different times, the color will vary. It is normal that the color difference is within 10% (due to the different ink volume control each time). Large machine printing, regardless of one thing, will lose another. If there is an old file to be printed, in order to avoid excessive color difference, we can only refer to the digital color samples produced by our company. The color difference of finished printing products of different times shall not be used as the reason for return.
4. In color printing, please try to avoid the combination of dark color or full plate color for color matching of color blocks, otherwise back printing may occur after cutting. Due to the small amount of business card printing, the same large area of color blocks on the front and back can hardly be guaranteed to be consistent and free of ink spots, which should not be used as a reason for returning business cards.
5. The printing shading or color of the picture album shall not be less than 10%, so as to avoid the inability to present the finished product when printing.
6. The Chinese version of CoreIDRAW9.0 is used to design and produce documents. Due to the need of version assembly, the documents designed by Macintosh will be converted to PC format. In CoreIDRAW, images and photos must be input in TIFF file format, CMYK mode, not PSD file format. For all imported images, separated drop shadows, and objects that use transparency and filter materials to fill OWERCLIP, please turn the dot matrix again in CoreIDRAW (the color is CMYK32 bits, the resolution is 300dpi, and the color description file is checked for anti aliasing compensation transparent background). To avoid mosaic image during plate assembly. If you want to reduce the dot matrix by adjusting the nodes, please turn the dot matrix again (the options are as before) to avoid partial coverage when outputting the dot matrix. For the objects treated with the "filter effect" of corelDRAW, please also turn the lattice diagram (the options are as above) to ensure that nothing is lost.
7. The wireframe thickness of all input or self drawn graphics printed in the album shall not be less than 0.1mm, otherwise the printed matter will cause broken lines or be unable to be presented. In addition, "Scale with image" cannot be set for wireframe, otherwise irregular lines will be formed during printing and output.
8. When the gradient object is placed in the frame for precise clipping, please convert it into a lattice diagram (the method is the same as that in point 6), because the gradient direction of the placed frame will not rotate together after it is grouped with other objects. In addition, the "edge width" cannot be set for any gradient object, because different interpretations of the output machine may sometimes cause insufficient color filling for gradient edges.
9. When printing double-sided double fold business cards, please mark the fold line, front and back.
10. Because the colorless draft can be proofread after ordering from the network, the color blocks with strict standard colors cannot be guaranteed to be identical.
11. Whether business card printing, card printing, single-sided printing, double-sided printing, regardless of the number of people or the number of styles, they should all be placed on the same page. Do not separate pages.
